Job Description:
Scania is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, interacting with customers, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the web chat platform, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience through web chat - Train and mentor team members on best practices for web chat communication - Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the web chat platform is functioning effectively and efficiently - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other related technology - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
