Job Description:

Tink is seeking a passionate and energetic Web Chat Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 8 years of experience in web chat management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our web chat platform to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement web chat strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Manage a team of web chat agents, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation - Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure web chat integration with overall customer service strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on web chat performance and initiatives

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in web chat management - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of web chat platforms and technologies - Experience with training and development of web chat agents
