Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Web Chat Officer to join our team at Epiroc in Stockholm, SE. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our website's chat feature. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically to solve customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our website's chat feature to provide support and information on our products and services - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively - Conduct research to address customer questions or concerns and provide accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure a timely resolution - Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions to promote a positive customer experience - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Prior experience with e-commerce or online support is a plus
