Job Description:

As a Remote Web Chat Officer at Tobii Technology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 6. Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software 7. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure 8. Creativity in finding solutions and engaging with customers 9.
