Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Web Chat Officer to join our team at Daniel Wellington in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner - Research and provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all interactions - Meet or exceed established goals for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills and ability to find information quickly - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
