Job Description:

As a Web Chat Officer at Thule Group, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, answering their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat. 2. Assist customers in navigating the company's website and online ordering process. 3. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex cases and provide excellent customer service. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute ideas for improving the online customer service experience.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confidence and passion for helping customers. 3. Strong cooperation and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and software tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
