Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Officer to join our team at J.Lindeberg. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Monitor chat conversations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with strategic planning for the web chat platform to enhance customer satisfaction - Work closely with the marketing team to promote special offers and events through chat - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning skills to optimize the web chat platform - Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs - Proficiency with computer software and chat platforms - Experience with e-commerce or retail is a plus
