Web Chat Officer - Work from home

NEVS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through online chat platforms, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Process customer orders and provide follow-up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and adaptable attitude - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software
