Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Starbreeze Studios is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the necessary skills to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assist customers with their purchases - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - Proficiency in multitasking and time management
