Job Description:
As a Remote Web Chat Representative at DICE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. You will engage with customers in a timely and professional manner, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information. Your role will involve actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate and helpful solutions.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely manner - Provide product information and assist in resolving customer concerns - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently - Proficient in project management and multitasking - Resourceful and adaptable to changing customer needs - Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Strong computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
