We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at Securitas AB in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through web chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize company resources to accurately answer questions and provide assistance to customers. 3. Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure resolution. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and resilient personality to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. 2. No prior experience required - training will be provided on company protocols and procedures.
