Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Truecaller is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to work from home and assist our customers with their inquiries through web chat. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about Truecaller products and services - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers - Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a confident attitude - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Resourceful and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of Truecaller products and services is a plus
