Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Document all interactions with customers accurately

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role preferred - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Availability to work part-time hours from a home office in Stockholm - Must be resourceful, energetic, and possess strong time management skills
