Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Epiroc is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are independent, dedicated, team players, and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat support - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate department

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in using web chat software and other support tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong leadership skills
