Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Hövding in Stockholm, SE. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and confidently to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the website or online orders - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries - Update customer records and document interactions in the CRM system - Work towards meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely - Confidence and independence in handling customer inquiries and issues - Ability to think innovatively and negotiate effectively with customers - Proficiency in using web chat and CRM systems - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
