Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Nobina is seeking a passionate and resourceful Web Chat Specialist to join our team. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Proactively engage with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve customer problems - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in using computers and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
