Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Lifesum is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team remotely. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, troubleshooting technical issues, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position at the associate level, ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and courteous customer support via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to users - Monitor user feedback and identify areas for improvement in our product and services

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in using helpdesk software and other customer support tools - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong presentation and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with health and wellness industry is a plus
