Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

G5 Entertainment is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and team members. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems - Provide product information and guidance on how to use our software and services - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is a plus
