Job Description:
LeoVegas, a leading online gaming company, is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our remote team in Göteborg, Sweden. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support representatives, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. This role requires a high level of organization, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, working to resolve them in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements - Analyze support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Utilize emotional intelligence to manage and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in a leadership or management role - Hardworking and resourceful, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
