Epidemic Sound is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the support team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 3. Develop and implement training programs for new support agents, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Analyze support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 6. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, working to find satisfactory resolutions. 7. Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting cooperation and effective communication.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cooperation and teamwork. 4. Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle high-pressure situations. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation. 6. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
