Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ericsson is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Entry-Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This role requires a high level of independence and drive to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software - Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations - Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers as needed - Stay up to date on product developments and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of experience in a technical support role - Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve independently - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Experience with CRM systems and technical troubleshooting tools - Independent and driven personality traits
