We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at Lifesum. This is a part-time remote work position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, with an opportunity for growth within the company. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer support through various channels including email, chat, and phone - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to address customer concerns and improve the overall support process - Maintaining a positive and energetic attitude while working remotely and adapting to changing priorities - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement initiatives - Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and improve support skills
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote work environment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure - Energetic personality with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service - Adaptability to changing work environments and tasks, with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively
