We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Assistant to join our remote team at Getinge Group. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online chat platform, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance with product selection - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude - Collaborating with team members to escalate customer concerns when necessary - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Ability to work well in a team environment, with a focus on cooperation and collaboration - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - No prior experience required, as training will be provided - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
