As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent and innovative, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our web chat platform to provide support and assistance with product inquiries, orders, and general questions - Assist customers in navigating our website and online store - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
