Peltarion is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our remote team. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring smooth communication and customer service for our online visitors. This position requires a high level of independence and motivation, as well as strong planning and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the web chat platform to provide timely and helpful responses to online visitors - Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel - Monitor and analyze web chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer service across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat channels - Proficiency in web chat software and tools
