Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Koenigsegg Automotive AB, a leading automotive manufacturer based in Stockholm, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution - Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive sales - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong adaptability and time management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Familiarity with CRM software and web chat platforms - Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
