Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Axis Communications is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Stockholm, SE. As an Entry Level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and adaptable, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support and answer inquiries - Proactively offer solutions to customer issues and concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet established performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and adaptable - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment - Proficiency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
