Acast, a leading podcasting platform, is seeking a Web Chat Officer to join our remote team based in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of our dynamic company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through web chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform. 3. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively assist customers.
