As a Web Chat Representative at Lifesum, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat communication. This position will be done remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with any inquiries related to our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner through web chat - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Stay up to date on product knowledge and updates to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and quality standards set by the company
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Reliable and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Strong decision-making and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
