Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Cint. This position is remote and part-time, based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being independent and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and resolve inquiries in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions - Utilize company resources and tools to effectively assist customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review and analysis

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple conversations at once - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in people management and presentation skills - Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities
