Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Happy Socks, a leading lifestyle brand known for its colorful and creative designs, is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This part-time role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing who is reliable, adaptable, and excels in people management and time management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion - Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns - Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials - Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus - Reliable, adaptable, with strong people and time management skills
