Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales for Starbreeze Studios - Manage social media channels, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring analytics - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals - Analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts - Stay up-to-date on best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and motivate others to achieve common goals - Highly adaptable and able to think critically to solve complex problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
