Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Electrolux Professional is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO). - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and messaging. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. - Manage budget allocation for digital marketing activities and optimize spend for maximum ROI. - Lead a team of digital marketing specialists and provide guidance on project execution. - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Highly innovative with a proven track record of driving results through creative marketing campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
