Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Paradox Interactive, a leading player in the gaming industry, is seeking a driven and motivated Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Paradox Interactive products. - Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals. - Support the Marketing Manager in managing relationships with external partners and agencies. - Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as newsletters, press releases, and promotional assets. - Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for Paradox Interactive.

Requirements: - 3+ years of marketing experience in a similar role. - Strong people management and cooperation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools/software. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
