Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Skanska is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team in Stockholm. As an Associate-level position, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in marketing, a strong passion for the industry, and excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals - Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Help organize and coordinate events, trade shows, and other marketing activities - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software - Passion for the marketing industry and a drive to succeed
