Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Mindler is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is an entry-level position that is part-time with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Mindler products and services - Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities - Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and events - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics - Maintain and update customer databases - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
