Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As an Online Digital Marketing Manager at Spotify, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns across various online platforms. Your role will also involve analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals 2. Create and manage online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising 3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and improve ROI 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online channels 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing 6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives 7. Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance and key metrics

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing 3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills 6. Adaptable and reliable with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines 7. Strategic planning experience and ability to think creatively 8. Experience with project management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
