Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As an Online Digital Marketing Manager at Tobii Technology, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, design and execute digital campaigns, and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of our efforts.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, and email marketing. 2. Analyze web traffic metrics and optimize website and social media content accordingly. 3. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging digital assets. 4. Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing. 6. Manage online advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. 7. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Proven track record of driving online traffic and increasing conversion rates. 4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms. 5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Resourceful and motivated with a strong drive for success. 8. Innovative thinker with the ability to think outside the box. 9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 10. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
