Remote Communications Specialist

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's brand and products/services. 2. Create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, website, and email newsletters. 3. Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize strategies. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. 5. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and digital marketing. 7. Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and other promotional activities. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Sinch, maintaining a positive and professional image in all communications. 9. Proactively identify and address communication challenges and opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Confident and resilient personality, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 8. Knowledge of SEO best practices and email marketing strategies. 9. Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
