Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Snow Software is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Associate Level Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in communications, with a strong track record of success.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation - Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions - Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content - Assist in organizing company events and public relations activities - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in communications, preferably in a technology or software company - Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail - Hardworking and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong creativity and decision-making skills to develop innovative communication strategies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
