Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Oatly is seeking a dedicated and energetic Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms, website, and other communication channels. You will also be tasked with managing our external communications to ensure consistency and clarity in our messaging.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to engage with our target audience - Create compelling content for social media, website, blog posts, and newsletters - Manage Oatly's presence on various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize content - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Assist in developing PR campaigns and media relations efforts - Coordinate with external partners and influencers to amplify our message - Support the planning and execution of events and promotions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with content creation and digital marketing is a plus
