Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online PR strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company website. 2. Manage and maintain a positive online reputation through various channels, including social media, press releases, and influencer campaigns. 3. Monitor and analyze online PR metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and communications, to ensure a cohesive online presence. 5. Identify and cultivate relationships with online media outlets and influencers to secure coverage for the company. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online PR to constantly improve the company's online presence. 7. Coordinate online events, webinars, and other virtual engagements to promote the company's products or services. 8. Respond to online inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image. 9. Assist in crisis communication management by providing support and guidance during online PR crises. 10. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online PR or a similar role. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in online PR tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools. 5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Confidence and motivation to take initiative and drive results. 8. Strong decision-making skills and strategic planning abilities. 9. Knowledge of SEO best practices and online reputation management tactics. 10. Experience in crisis communication and issues management is a plus.
