Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Kivra, a leading company in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Online Social Media Manager to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is confident, energetic, and has a strong passion for social media.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner

Requirements: - Strong presentation skills - Emotional intelligence to understand and connect with our target audience - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in social media is a must - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus - Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with others - Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
