Pr Associate

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote the company's image and brand. 2. Write and edit press releases, articles, and other communication materials. 3. Pitch stories to media outlets to secure coverage. 4. Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key stakeholders. 5. Organize and coordinate press events, conferences, and interviews. 6. Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide reports to management. 7. Assist in crisis communication efforts when necessary. 8. Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing and business objectives. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or related field. 3. Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Excellent project management skills with attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. 7. Confidence in pitching ideas and interacting with media outlets. 8. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital PR strategies. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software. 10. Independent and confident personality traits.
