Job Description:

As a PR Associate at Spotify, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's public image and communicating its brand message to external stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic PR campaigns, writing press releases and media pitches, monitoring media coverage, and building relationships with key media contacts. You will work closely with the PR team to execute PR initiatives and support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Spotify's brand reputation - Write press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials - Monitor media coverage and analyze results - Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts - Support PR team in executing PR campaigns and initiatives - Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events and activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency - Stay current on industry trends and media landscape

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR or communications - Excellent writing and communication skills - Strong organizational and planning abilities - Resilient and driven personality traits - Leadership and team collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Experience in music industry or tech industry a plus
