Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented PR Associate to join our team at Oatly, a leading oat-based food and beverage company. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Uppsala, SE, with a focus on public relations and communications.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to promote Oatly's brand and products - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers - Write and distribute press releases, pitches, and other PR materials - Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics - Coordinate and manage PR events and campaigns - Assist with crisis communication and reputation management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR goals align with overall business objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR or communications - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends - Experience with media monitoring tools and PR software
