Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at DICE in Göteborg, Sweden. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels - Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key KPIs - Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Decision-making and teamwork soft skills - Experience with social media analytics tools - Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
