Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Hilton in Uppsala, SE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. In this part-time Associate Level role, you will work closely with the marketing team to enhance the brand's online presence, engage with customers, and drive traffic to Hilton properties.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos - Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media with overall marketing objectives - Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Stay up-to-date on new social media trends and tools to continually improve performance

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management - Passionate and motivated about creating engaging content and building brand presence - Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity - Demonstrated leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and writing skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
