Social Media Manager

Job Description:

SKF is seeking a passionate and reliable Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Malmö, Skåne Län. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive interactions with followers - Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4 years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Leadership capabilities to guide a team of social media specialists - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager - Passion for social media and staying up-to-date on industry trends
