Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Starbreeze Studios is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our various platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 2. Create engaging content such as images, videos, and written posts to share with our followers. 3. Monitor social media analytics to track engagement and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. 4. Manage social media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communication channels.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. 6. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
